Instructions for use

woman with transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulator on ear

electrode placement on the left ear

Specifications

Our electrodes are placed at the spot marked with the red shading on the left ear. The top electrode contacts the cymba concha, an area fully innervated by the vagus nerve. This approach may be expected to produce better treatment results than other devices that are connected to the tragus via an ear clip , which has only 45% vagus nerve innervation (see study No. 3, 17 & 24).

Mode A - Current frequency: 1-120 Hz (default setting)

Pulse width: 0.2ms +/- 30%
